Your setup lives on your PC, not on ours.
Tools that live in someone else’s cloud vanish when that company changes its mind. Ferrocast keeps your overlays, alerts, commands and history on your own computer.
Works without us
- Local first
- Alerts, overlays, chat, the bot and moderation run inside the app. If our servers disappeared, Twitch and YouTube would keep working.
- Kick through a relay
- Kick only delivers events to a public address, so they pass through our relay. If it is down, Kick events wait and replay.
- Never forced to update
- Updates never install while you are live, and you can roll back to the previous version in one click.
Take it with you
- Export everything
- Overlays with their media, alerts, commands, timers and tip history, as JSON and CSV in one file.
- Import your old setup
- From StreamElements: commands, timers, points and tip history. From Streamlabs: points and tip history from your exports. A report shows what came over and what didn’t.
- Backups before changes
- Ferrocast snapshots your settings before every update and lets you restore them.
- Keys stay on your computer
- Sign-in tokens are stored privately on your computer (the system keyring on Windows and Linux, a file only you can open on macOS), never in exports or logs.
